IB-PYP探究进行时 | 《我们是谁》为成长加分

经过数周探究之旅,本学期的第一个超学科探究单元“我们是谁”已近尾声,孩子们收获了哪些呢?

After few weeks of inquiry, what did our kids gain from the transdisciplinary theme——Who We Are?

上午九点的太阳都已经晒pp了,可宝贝们怎么还穿着睡衣呀?

It's 9 o'clock in the morning. The sun has already come out. Why those kids are still in their pajamas?

五彩的气球、Bling!Bling的会场……哇哦!是孩子们的睡衣派对!

There are so many colorful balloons and shining things. That's where our kids hold the pajama party!

穿着熟悉而温暖的睡衣,孩子们情不自禁跟着才艺小达人一起哼唱了这首动人的歌。"

Listen to mom and don't let her get hurt.I want to grow up quickly to protect her..."

Dressed in familiar and warm pajamas, the kids can’t help humming this moving song along with the kid who is singing now.

“我可以教你七步洗手法,这样会把手洗得很干净哟!”

"I can wear my own shoes, can you do that?" "I can do it, too. Besides, I can fold my clothes very well!"

孩子们通过细致观察与学习,已能熟练运用肢体表达想法、展现能力

当然,也知道了保护好自己身体的重要性

Through observation and learning, children have been able to use their bodies to express ideas,

跟着欢快的音乐,我们找到了好朋友

那好朋友之间会发生哪些有趣的事情呢?大家友谊的小船足够坚挺吗?

"Find your friends to put your heads and shoulders together."

With the cheerful music, we find a good friend. What interesting things happen between good friends? Is the boat of our friendship strong enough?

“我会帮助好朋友”评估活动中,孩子们从“你”出发

通过游戏感受友谊,也积极表达、分享彼此的感受

"We will get the first place, because he can guess what I'm going to do next!"

Through the "I'll Help Good Friends" assessment, children start from "you" and experience friendship through games to actively express and share their feelings with each other.

有趣的伙伴游戏,让宝贝们懂得齐心协作、团结友爱与积极分享

也让他们通过交流、思考与尝试,渐渐懂得关爱身边有需要的人

By these interesting games with friends, our kids know how to work together,

unite with others and share with each other actively.

They also know how to care for the people around them in need through communication, thinking and trying.

那么K3的孩子在这个探究单元里又习得了哪些?

孩子们通过服饰、音乐、舞种与语言,体验各区文化的魅力

可深爱着祖国与家人的宝贝们,却不约而同想要乘坐“神州号”,回到爸爸妈妈小时候

Children experience the charm of the culture of various regions through clothing, music, dance and language. 

With the love towards motherland and family, our kids want to ride the "Shenzhou" to go back to the time when their parents were children.

孩子们在下一期新的探究单元里,会有哪些新的发现呢?一起期待吧!

The game of throwing arrows into the pots,kick tweezers,shoot pictures, jump ribs,and hit marbles are exclusive to the generations born in 1970s and 1980s.

But these games have never been forgotten by time. Children born in the new ear can also have fun with these games.

What new discoveries will children make from next unit of inquiry. Let's look forward to it together!
